I want to offer you an easy and delicious recipe for choux pastry for pies eateries. Remember it is very simple, just three ingredients: flour, water, vegetable oil. The ratio of water to oil: 3 to 1. And the ratio of liquid (oil and water) to flour is 1 to 1. Water butter bring to boil. Remove from heat and immediately put in liquid the flour, stir intensively.
It's very soft elastic dough. Cover it with foil.
I must say that this amount a lot of toppings for the number test. For the filling, all products prepare in advance, the stuffing is also prepared quickly. Chicken breast cut into small pieces or thin strips.
Mushrooms can take any. Mushrooms cut into plates. I have already chopped frozen mushrooms.
RUB on a small grater ginger, finely chop green chili peppers, thin strips of grated carrot.
Thin strips cut the cabbage.
For cooking it is better to take the wok or pan with a thick bottom. Sesame seed oil stir fry chicken (about 2 minutes). If no sesame oil, use any vegetable.

Divide the dough into 6 pieces (about 60 g).
Roll out each piece into a rectangle about 2 mm thick.
