Sandy-custard tart
In our shop, among other pastries and baskets I spotted a beautiful box of cakes. Several times bought, we love them. Sand, soft, loose-based, which is a "bomb" choux pastry, inside her snow-white cream, decorated it the same cream and powdered sugar. I twisted, twirled, and was curious how it is doing. Of course, the interest overcame, and I decided to bake it myself. I don't often make something out of dough, we do not like dry cakes, recipes I know a little suitable for this cake, with custard test, the situation is better. To be honest, the first attempt failed, the cake turned out beautiful, but not quite edible. I'm stubborn, decided to repeat. Turned out much better. I want to thank the Light (s-v-e-t-l-i-k), shortcrust pastry recipe from her baskets. Though the sand-based roast for the allotted time, we enjoyed it very much. The result I am satisfied, share the recipe, maybe someone will like it too the idea, and will remain for me.

Cooking

The flour with the baking powder sift. Add yolk, butter and powdered sugar. Knead a soft dough. Cover and set aside.

In a saucepan, boil water with butter, when the butter is completely melted, add the flour and quickly stir until smooth. Remove from the heat.

The dough should not be liquid, but slightly cool.

Shortbread dough roll, Cup or cookie cutter to cut out the core of a future cupcake. The dough is very delicate, so you can just cut the baking paper to then immediately pass on to the pan. Of this amount, turned out the test of 4 PCs.

Using a pastry bag to isolate choux dough in the center of the sand. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
