Plum cake
Again, the recipe rescue! :-) Just podcasy yogurt and soft plum - get a beautiful pie! Very tender and tasty! And, importantly, very fast! ; -) Surely, there is a similar recipe... but, chess word, not found exactly this!!!))))

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

  • Drain

    0.5 kg

  • Starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    350 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Roll out puff pastry to fit the shape. Put in the form.

Cut plum slices. Laid beautifully (well, as it will) on the dough

Mix the yogurt, starch, sugar, egg. Fill our plums. And in the oven for 40-50 minutes, to yoghurt mixture thickens

Get out of duhovochku, cool and slightly warm cut. Pour the tea, call home and enjoy! ;-)
