Boiled Pollack
I decided for dinner tonight to cook fish... because the diet of the village - decided to boil... So here's the recipe ; -)

Ingredients

  • Pollock

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

  • Greens

  • Water

Cooking

Fish cut into pieces a La carte. Put in a saucepan and pour hot boiled water so that it just covered the fish. Bring to a boil, do not forget to remove the foam.

While the water is boiling, chop 1/4 onion rings and carrot slices.

When the water boils, add the fish to the vegetables and cook for 20 minutes. Then add salt, Bay leaf and pepper. And cook for another 5 minutes.

Then remove with a slotted spoon fish and vegetables. Now prepare the sauce (spun and forgot to take a picture of the sauce). Strain the broth. Passivating the flour in the butter. Add a little salt, tomato paste, curry and 1 Cup of fish broth. All stir well and cook for 5 minutes.

Fish with vegetables spread out on plates, pour over sauce and sprinkle with herbs.
