Chicken fillet with stuffing
When baking in foil chicken turns out not so dry.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    4 piece

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Greens

To make an incision in the fillet to get pocket. Cheese cut into plates. Garlic peel and chop in "garlic press", mix with mushrooms. Herbs chop, mix with mushrooms. Fill pocket with mushroom and cheese.

Connect the edges of the pocket with toothpicks. Wrap fillet in foil and bake in preheated oven for about 30 min.
