Oatmeal cookies
Here today is the second time I made oatmeal cookies and I present to you my recipe. When cooking tried to make them lower in calories, but if you want to try to bake these, in principle, can increase the amount of sugar and butter.

Ingredients

Next, whisk one egg with a mixer until foamy and increase the mass by half, then add to the egg one tablespoon softened butter. Again beat with a mixer until smooth.

This also add milk, sifted flour with baking powder, knead the dough, it becomes quite thick and sticky. I still gave it to stand for 15 minutes until warmed oven, then with a spoon put cookies on a greased baking sheet (I have made parchment paper and grease it with oil). It is possible to form them by hand. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
