Description
Easy to prepare and incredibly delicate dessert with sesame will not leave indifferent lovers of sweets! This Indian delicate milk sweetness, with the ancient Sanskrit "burfi" is translated as milk Fudge. There are many variations of cooking, but I wanted to experiment a bit, and it turned out very well! I would be glad if you share how you prepare burfi!

Cooking
1. Pour into a saucepan the milk and wait, when will begin to boil.
2. When the milk is almost boiling, pour into it the sugar and the soda dissolved in 1-2 tbsp water, and butter.
3. Cook all this for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally so the sugar does not burn until will darken and begin to thicken slightly.
4. Remove from the heat. Add milk, gradually bringing to a thick consistency like the photo. Very good mix, trying to avoid lumps. If that can be blender a walk.
5. Add sesame seeds - the number desired and to taste. I added more, so that even thicker to make. Mix thoroughly.
6. One part of the mass I just put in a ramekin and put in the fridge. You can just eat with a spoon.
7. From the second part made candy. To do this, pour the semolina in a bowl for "breading". A teaspoon or dessert spoon put a small amount of mass in semolina, dip them and give an arbitrary shape.
8. That's what happens. Put in half an hour (at least) in the freezer.
9. Take out of the freezer and decorate with nuts. Very tasty with tea. Bon appetit!
