Brandy pancakes with honey
Savoury pancakes with honey and almond leaves.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Cognac

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    100 g

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Milk

    500 ml

Lightly beat the eggs with the icing sugar, salt and brandy. Continuing to whisk add flour(the dough should be thick, with no lumps). Melt the butter and add to the batter, add warm milk. Mix well and leave the dough for 10 minutes, to make friends :)

Grease the pan drain. oil, heat well and fry the pancakes until it will turn brown from both sides. Ready pancakes grease with honey, sprinkle almond leaves and fold area.

Serve immediately, while warm. A pleasant Cup of tea guaranteed!
