Chicken in a creamy sauce
Incredibly tender and soft chicken with the savory taste :) cooked very quickly and eaten as well :)

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 kg

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Beer

    200 ml

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Flour

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Chicken Breasts cut into cubes long with a width of about a centimeter.

Onion cut into half rings.

Bulgarian pepper cut into strips.

Chicken salt, pepper, breaded in flour and fry in sunflower oil over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Spread from the pan.

In the same frying pan for 3 minutes, sauté the onions and pepper.

Put in sauce pan the chicken, pour the beer and cream, simmer for another 3-4 minutes. Ready! Fragrant and delicate dish turns out for 20-30 minutes :) Bon appetit!
