Bitki fish from mamulki
Father advised me to do and shared the recipe.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    300 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

1.Clean the trout from the ridge.

2.Egg(whisk 1 EA.) and flour, add the whitebait. Season with salt and pepper.

3.Stir and spoon mixture into pan.

4.Fry both sides on medium heat.
