Ingredients

Fish
300 g

Flour
2 Tbsp

Chicken egg
1 piece

Seasoning
Cooking
1.Clean the trout from the ridge.
2.Egg(whisk 1 EA.) and flour, add the whitebait. Season with salt and pepper.
3.Stir and spoon mixture into pan.
4.Fry both sides on medium heat.
