Thought I thought I want cutlets from cabbage, from dietary varshika of chicken in the process added a filling of eggs and green onions... You be the judge, but all my family liked it very much, "pie" was not 15 minutes after the appearance of the table of sour cream ))) Bon appetit!

Cooking
Finely chop the cabbage (I cut for vegetables was done on the smallest), small onion - all in a pan on medium heat, simmer in small amount of oil for about 5 minutes, then add milk and give extinguished the cabbage in it for about 10-15 minutes, until almost all boils away, plus salt-pepper (whatever you like). If it is watery, then drain the liquid through a sieve and give the cabbage mass to cool.
Ready mix minced chicken with cabbage and add one raw egg with semolina. Knead.
Prepare the filling for the "pie". Boil 2 eggs, chop (I have something they fry overcooked, because the egg yolks dark, do not take me with an example, cook in boiling water for exactly 7 minutes), add onion, a little mayonnaise, salt. For garlic lovers - it is possible ;-)
Well, now sculpt cakes! Minced chicken and cabbage on top of the filling, again the stuffing. Dip in egg and sprinkle with semolina. A few moments fry patties in vegetable oil (I fried in 7-ke from a possible 9 power)
While frying the patties, eats the filling, spread it on hot toast :-) by the way, delicious PTS even saw this recipe this morning's egg salad at svet32lana on our website, for which she thanks a lot)
