Ravioli with cream cheese and cranberry sauce
Offer for dessert, try the ravioli stuffed with tender creamy filling and sweet and sour sauce wild cranberries.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Cream cheese

    100 g

  • Berry sauce

    3 Tbsp

1. RUB the flour with the olive oil, add salt, egg and yolk. Infusing water knead a soft, elastic dough. Dough and leave for 30 minutes.

2. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Then 1 part on floured surface roll out into the reservoir. On the dough put a teaspoon of cheese, top with 1/2 teaspoon cranberry sauce. The second part of the roll out and cover the filling.

3. To cut future special ravioli roller or conventional knife. In a saucepan boil water, put the ravioli when they surface, after a minute, remove and immediately serve with butter and cranberry sauce. Bon appetit!
