Apple sorbet with tarragon
Very tasty, flavorful, refreshing sorbet.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Tarragon

    2 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Sugar

    150 g

1. Put a saucepan with water and sugar on a medium heat and, stirring, bring to a boil. When all the sugar has dissolved, remove from heat, cool.

2. Apples peel and core, cut at random and put it into the blender. Also add leaves of tarragon and lemon juice. Blend the apples.

3. Then pour the syrup, beat again. Pour the mixture in the freezer in a container or in silicone molds and put into freezer until fully cured. Bon appetit!
