Butter pie
This pie is my improvisation, ideas from different recipes with unexpectedly great results. Try all the muffin lovers dedicated! Although I am not an expert at baking, this cake was the most delicate and airy from all that I had to try.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    25 g

  • Sugar

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Apple

    8 piece

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Cream

    125 ml

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

In a warm buttermilk to dissolve the yeast, add the egg, a pinch of salt, vegetable oil, 4 tbsp of sugar and flour, zamesit soft dough, to not stuck to the hands, and leave to rise for an hour in a warm place.

While the dough rises make apples-on the hot pan pour water and add 0, 5 tbsp. sugar, stir until complete dissolution of the sugar to dissolve before boiling. Cook on medium heat until they begin to slightly darken.

Add butter and cream.

Once it boils, add the peeled and cut into large pieces the apples, cook until soft, be careful not to overcook or they will fall apart.

To give the apples to cool slightly in caramel.

The batter is a little to press down one third of the test to defer, and the rest to roll out the crust and put in the form, greased with vegetable oil, to make bumpers.

Put on the cake tightly the apples, the remaining caramel once again give a boil and when it starts to slightly thicken, spread on top of apples, from the remnants of dough making.

Spread on top of pie with egg yolk mixed with 1 tsp. water., while the oven heated to 180-200 degrees, maybe a little more pie to come.

Bake until tender - about 30 minutes, suitable for those who love a lot of filling and not enough dough. Help yourself!
