Carp baked with onions
I bought the fish, long thought simply to fry it - not interested. and that's what happened. (if something similar already exists, then please forgive me)

Ingredients

  • Carp

    2 kg

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Potatoes

  • Mayonnaise

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

clean the carp, making it portioned cuts, good salt, pepper and leave for 30 minutes to slightly salty.

fry until Golden brown onions, add Vegeta and black pepper. let them cool.

peel potatoes, cut it into strips, covered with spices and leave for 20 minutes.

lay the carp on a baking sheet and stuffing him full of fried onions

coat a very thin layer of mayonnaise, round potatoes and put in hot oven ( fry technology +10, i.e. for every 2cm of the thickness of the fish 10 minutes in the oven) I got about 45 - 50 minutes
