Found this recipe in some old issue of the magazine "Lisa" and decided to remake a little on the lean way. You will enjoy the unusual combination of cauliflower and bananas! For the contest "Fast from Moulinex".

Required products
In boiling salted water, drop the cauliflower and cook for 10-12 minutes on low heat.
Onions finely chop, bananas cut into rings.
The broth is put on fire, bring to a boil. Tip: if there is no vegetable broth, you can use the strained broth from the cabbage.
In boiling broth put the onion and bananas, reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes.
In a bowl put 1 tbsp. of soy cheese pasta (I took this). Add 5 tbsp of the broth from the pan with the bananas and mix well.
In a blender, blend the soup with bananas and onions until the consistency of sauce, add pasta, starch, curry and stir. The sauce is ready.
Spread the cabbage on a dish, generously pour the banana sauce. Optionally, garnish with shrimp, mushrooms or green beans. Bon appetit and good luck to all participating in the contest "Fast from Moulinex"!
