Have long heard that pike get the most delicious fish cakes, and finally to see it! It turned out really tasty burgers, my husband was eating for both cheeks. On the website, of course, already have similar recipes, but with some differences.

Cooking
Pike to clean, gut, cut into fillets, remove the large bones.
Soak in milk (or water) white bread. Onions to chop and spasserovat in vegetable oil.
Pike fillets cut into chunks and pass through a meat grinder 2 times, second time with onions and mashed with a fork with bread. Add in the minced 1 egg, pepper, nutmeg, and salt. The minced meat and knead well with wet hands formed into patties (I have received 20 pieces).
Beat 2 eggs, dip them cutlets, and breaded in flour (or breadcrumbs) and fry in vegetable oil on a preheated frying pan on both sides. This is my patties, breaded in flour.
And this in a special breading for fish.
