Rejuvenating baked Apple
On our website many choices of baked apples, but in my I combined two desserts in one. It's the sweetness of baked apples and a crisp coolness of the jelly. Besides using low-calorie jam from "d*arbo", certainly we won't get any better.

Ingredients

  • Jam

    1 Tbsp

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Gelatin

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

Apples cut off the top (where the twig ) and remove the core without damaging the bottom. Put in a bowl poured a little water.

Bake until tender, took me 15 min. depending on variety. Remove.

While the apples are cooling, prepare Jell-o. For this gelatin pour cold boiled water. After 15 minutes in a water bath to dissolve the gelatine and add to the jam. Mix well. The finished jelly pour into baked apples, put lid and refrigerate for several hours until firm. Decorate at Your discretion.
