Tasty bread with a dense texture (as well as all rye bread). I found in the Internet, its author is MIA, thank her. In the author's version of bread baking in the oven. I remade this bread for my bread machine and the result were quite pleased. Here cited and the author's version.

NOTE: FOR MEASURING INGREDIENTS USED REGULAR TEA (SCOOP) CUP 250 grams!!! Put all the ingredients into the bread machine pan as required by your instructions. The mixture of seeds added after the beep (like me) or dispenser (as in other models). Set the mode for rye bread. I have a "Russian chef" - 4 hours. Crust color to select, at will, I have a medium (next time will definitely choose the dark). Weight of bread turned out about 700 grams.
The AUTHOR's RECIPE: 2 cups rye flour 1 Cup white flour 2 sachets of dry yeast (7 grams in a bag) 2 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar a handful of raises. oil 300 ml water (approximately) a Couple of handfuls of various seeds for the dough (poppy, flax, oatmeal, sunflower seed), LEAVE a LITTLE to SPRINKLE BREAD BEFORE BAKING Zamesit the dough as usual, let stand for 2-3 hours, good punch down, spread on a baking sheet, brush with egg, sprinkle seeds, cover with a towel and let stand for another half hour. Put in preheated oven and bake for 60 minutes, at 180 grams. Bon Appetit!!!
