Description
In one of the Greek sites met the story of one lady, who calls himself Padespani, on a hike in the French gourmet store. After numerous tastings it has opted for a small jar of jam from green tomatoes. Bought a jar was all over within one hour. It started with this her way of finding a prescription. Having tried and experienced a lot of options, she found the taste!!! Recipe attached... my Curiosity knew no bounds, and the thirst for experimentation led me to buy unripe tomatoes... Well, what... let's get Started!

Cooking
From lemon requires only a thin layer of skin. It was cut into thin strips.
In a container with boiling Vody throw the lemon exactly 1 min, after which water is drained.
The my tomatoes, cut quite finely and put into a container in which we cook.
Add the tomatoes, sugar, lemon peel, salt and vinegar, put on medium heat.
As soon begins to boil the mixture, pour 25 g of sugar, diminish the fire and leave to cook... Here I want to deviate slightly from the recipe Padespani, as she recommends to boil the mixture for 1.5 hours. From my experience I want to say that 50-60 minutes is enough. Time can be increased if You increase the amount of ingredients.
10 minutes before the expiry of a certain time we add a 2nd shot of whiskey.
Allow to cool a little and put in jars.
Very interesting taste! It's not jam for Breakfast! This is a beautiful accompaniment to white wine and favorite cheese! Goes well with Camembert, hard salty cheese (like the Greek. Graviera) and even cheese type feta.
