Krupenik with cottage cheese
Casseroles of different cereals with curd are a wonderful light meal for dinner. For the kids is very helpful. I suggest to try zapekanku from buckwheat!

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    250 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

Boil the porridge. Mix porridge with cottage cheese, add salt and sugar. Beat sour cream with eggs. Fill cottage cheese and buckwheat mixture with sour cream (with eggs).

Put the mixture in a baking dish, flatten the top with the grease remnants of cream with egg and bake in the oven until Golden brown.
