How many have lived, and never knew that tea rose is simply crushed with sugar is such a heavenly delight!!! M-m-m-m!!! And the aroma... incredible! The jam was eaten, and raw sugar rose tried for the first time and... it was love at first spoonful!

Cooking
Buy petals of a tea rose on the market grandmothers, or collect the roses themselves. If you've got roses for yourself, you must free them using the scissors from the buds, trying to cut thick white pericarp on the petal. Wash the petals is not necessary.
