Ingredients

  • Lentils

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Red onion

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Boil the mixture and basmati rice Quinoa mix ("Mistral")

Boiled beets cut into dice

Carrots cut into cubes

Chop onions

The lentils boil

Mix all the ingredients. For the filling take the vinegar, mustard, oregano, salt, mix and season salad.
