Chicken balls in a creamy sauce
Tender, flavorful chicken balls in a sauce of cream and cheese! Simple, hearty and delicious dish!


  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Onion

  • Bread crumbs

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Parmesan

  • Garlic

  • Butter

Fillet lightly beat off, and finely chop. Add the finely shinkovanny bow. Salt - pepper. Beat egg with a fork to a froth, add to fillets, ground stir. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs and carefully stir again.
Form for baking grease with oil. To form and put "balls" fillet. I make balls using a tablespoon. Bake at 175С 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare sauce: grate cheese on a medium grater. Mix with cream, squeeze through garlic press and stir.
Remove the form with the balls from the oven, pour the sauce and put to further baking for another 15-20 minutes. Tasty and very fragrant, both hot and cold!
