Shrimp in oyster sauce Chinese
Today I received a just reproach that I have not prepared something... Looked in the fridge, a locker and concocted one of these that was. And there it was, a handful of tails of tiger prawns, a handful of seafood cocktail, a handful of young octopuses and most importantly - the sauce. Well, vegetables of course.

So, digging at the bottom of the barrel I found a bag of oyster sauce with the recipe on the back, read it, and decided that it was too easy. And, the main thing - not ENOUGH! So I added a half dozens of tails of raw tiger prawns 200-300 gram seafood cocktail. All thawed, drained the water, shrimp, cleaned and cut lengthwise. Even cut julienne carrot, cucumber, mushrooms (the ones in boxes or bags, which will soaked, turn into cool cloth), onion half-rings, tomato cubes. All set to have on hand.

Well, everything is ready, the key to start, that is the wok on strong fire - ignition, counting down until a slight haze... Start! Onions and carrots go! Stirring constantly fry for a few minutes.

Squeeze everything out of the package, pour water into it (there on the walls still!), the water in the wok, sprinkle with salt (or rather doselevel, we're the sauce was diluted, and the components much more), if a little sauce - you can still add some water, but not much liquid.

Stir, add cucumber, sweet pepper and tomato, mix is even, the last adjustment - sesame oil, soy or oyster (if any) sauce, try... the last second... EVERYTHING! Cover the wok orbit cover on and off.

If a side dish for rice, it spread in a plate, top with seafood. If noodles, then we have two options - put in a bowl of noodles and top with the seafood, but tasty (I think) make connection in a wok - ready mix hot noodles (so it is better soaked with sauce) with our meal.
