Post-holiday dish. Left the Christmas Turkey in the refrigerator lay kohlrabi... Thanks Vic(nikuli)the idea with the tiny boxes.

Ingredients

  • Kohlrabi

    4 piece

  • Turkey

  • Broth

    250 ml

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Kohlrabi wash, peel

boil in salted water for 25-30 minutes

allow to cool a little, then make a box. I just cut off the bottom and cut right through the core, it's easier, and then all put together

30-35 minutes remove from the oven, put the tomatoes in 1 tbsp of mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese (or lay slices of cheese on top), place in the oven for another 10-15 minutes before melting and Browning of cheese.

The filling can be any, for example, rice with vegetables and ... and the dish is almost diet. Just perfect after a heavy meal the day before to unload.
