Cooking
Kohlrabi wash, peel
boil in salted water for 25-30 minutes
allow to cool a little, then make a box. I just cut off the bottom and cut right through the core, it's easier, and then all put together
Serdtsevini kohlrabi and carrots cut into strips, put in shape, put on a "cushion" our casket
fill them with stuffing. I cut cubes of meat turkeys and added the stuffing out of it(mushrooms, onions. bacon and croutons). Pour all the soup ready.
On top kohlrabi put the tomato slices and send in the oven at 200*C for 30 minutes
30-35 minutes remove from the oven, put the tomatoes in 1 tbsp of mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese (or lay slices of cheese on top), place in the oven for another 10-15 minutes before melting and Browning of cheese.
The filling can be any, for example, rice with vegetables and ... and the dish is almost diet. Just perfect after a heavy meal the day before to unload.
