Salad of chicken ventricles
I bought a chicken gizzard... after a little thought was born like this salad!

Ingredients

  • Chicken stomachs

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cucumber

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    300 g

Cooking

Add the peas, mayonnaise.Mix well.Salt and pepper to taste.
