Cookies with cherries and raisins
Easy to prepare yummy soft homemade biscuits.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3.5 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    70 ml

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Cherry

    1 handful

  • Raisins

    1 handful

  • Chicken egg

Immediately make a reservation: a glass of 250 ml. in Advance to turn on the oven - it should warm up well. Eggs at room temperature beat up with sugar and vanilla in a fluffy white foam to dissolve the sugar grains. Continuing to whisk, add the soft butter. In the process of whipping the oil can exfoliate, do not worry!- the taste of the cookies is not affected. A good whisk and add the yogurt. Stir with a spoon.

Then add the slaked soda, a pinch of salt - stir well. Add the dried cherries and raisins.

I used cherries with the raisins in a solution of brandy and red wine. If you have very dry raisins and cherries, pre-fill them with water. And before laying in the dough, place on a paper towel to leave excess moisture.

Then add the sifted flour and quickly knead the dough.

Depending on the size of the eggs, flour may need a little more than stated in the recipe. But the dough should be very soft and pleasant to the touch, it almost does not stick.

Dough divided into 2 parts, roll sausage. Tear off pieces of dough slightly larger than a walnut and podcating them into a ball.

Cookies can be sprinkled with mixture of sugar and cinnamon, put on a silicone Mat or baking paper on a baking sheet and send bake in a well preheated oven at temp.200 deg. With about 15 min. Focus on your oven. Readiness check with a wooden toothpick is dry, then the biscuits are ready. Cookies is not very rosy. If cookies are to make very small, it is faster to cook. Ready cookies should be soft - not pereikite it!!! (My cookies were prepared 17 min).
