Well and the last of the Christmas cookies that I baked today. But... to be continued, Christmas time)))

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    250 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Coconut shavings

    100 g

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Coconut oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Maple syrup

    100 ml

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Dark chocolate

    150 g

Grind oatmeal into flour in a coffee grinder. Ingredients for the dough, knead elastic dough and cooled it in the fridge for half an hour.
