Chocolate cake with persimmon
Tender, flavorful cake just melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Persimmon

    3 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    6 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Powdered sugar

    8 Tbsp

Cooking

Eggs, beat with sugar until fluffy foam.

1 to make persimmon puree (grind in blender). Add to sugar-egg mixture and stir.

Then add flour, starch, cocoa and baking powder. All mix well and again beat into a soft mousse lightly with a mixer.

The top of the cake, too, fluff cream and decorate with grated chocolate and crushed nuts (because I didn't have nuts, I decided to frost the cake and sprinkle with decorations).
