Cooking
Eggs, beat with sugar until fluffy foam.
1 to make persimmon puree (grind in blender). Add to sugar-egg mixture and stir.
Then add flour, starch, cocoa and baking powder. All mix well and again beat into a soft mousse lightly with a mixer.
The finished dough valium in the pan and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes heated to 200 degrees.
Meanwhile, cook cream. Persimmon make a puree. Then to this sauce add the cheese and sour cream and whisk everything thoroughly. Then add the powdered sugar and whisk again thoroughly.
Finished cakes cut in half. And stacking on each other, coat with cream. (I baked the cake 2 and everyone else is divided in half, you can bake one cake).
The top of the cake, too, fluff cream and decorate with grated chocolate and crushed nuts (because I didn't have nuts, I decided to frost the cake and sprinkle with decorations).
