Manne of bobert with Apple sauce
Bobert in traditional Baltic cuisine. Unlike cereals it does not boil, and brew, allowing you to keep more nutrients. The semolina I can't stand, but bobert ate with pleasure.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

Cooking

Milk bring to a boil and add grits. Cook the porridge for 2-3 minutes, cover with a lid and leave for 10-15 minutes.

The Apple, finely chop, add the butter and simmer until tender.

Make applesauce and add sugar.

RUB the yolks with vanilla sugar and add cereal.

Then beaten egg whites.

Mix thoroughly.

Bobert are served cold, with applesauce.
