Fish in a wine marinade
Based on the recipe from "Eat at home" - Mackerel in wine. Only fish I had another, and the marinade is slightly different.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    4 piece

  • Dry white wine

    150 ml

  • Brine

    50 ml

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Salt

In a saucepan pour the wine, brine from cucumbers (actually, the original recipe was vinegar on estragon, but my hand itself was not, but was a jar with pickled cucumbers, which I have used), add black pepper, coriander, mustard seeds and sugar. Warm up a good marinade. Chop the onion half-rings. Fish prisolit, put in the form (and the SE the fish is placed directly on the pan, but bake for less time), put the onions and pour the hot marinade. Bake in a preheated 180 °C oven 25-30 minutes. Turns out very flavorful!
