Chicken escalopes with red rice
Me in this recipe primarily attracted garnish - red rice brewed with beets. This beetroot rice is a very original and delicious side dish. Well, the chicken is always good, the main thing is to cook it.

In a large pan, very quickly fry the chicken escalopes 5-6 minutes, turning once. Overexposed long standing, they become dry and tasteless.

In cooked rice add 2/3 of the grated on a coarse grater cheese. Gently to mix. Rice turns not only the unusual color but very aromatic and tasty.

On a plate put the rice, top with fried chicken escalope. Sprinkle with cheese and garnish with beet chips. The beets can be cut into strips, and then frying, but chopped into slices, it looks interesting. Bon appetit!
