Peach muffins
... or apricot. With apricots, they look like fried eggs. Here is a similar cake.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    90 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • White chocolate

    150 g

  • Yogurt

    125 ml

  • Peach

    1 can

  • Juice

    75 ml

  • Salt

Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla and salt. Add chopped white chocolate and diced peaches (6 pieces aside for decoration). In another bowl mix the melted and cooled margarine, yogurt, peach juice and egg. Mix contents of both bowls and knead the dough. Pour into muffin tin (I put more paper bake cups), top lay slices of peaches (or apricot halves).

Bake in a preheated 200* oven for 30-35 minutes.
