Cranberry pie
.. very quick and delicious cake that made my grandmother before..

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    0.4 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

Proteins separated from the yolks, the whites put into the refrigerator. Softened butter or margarine, egg yolks, 1 tbsp sugar, the flour to combine and mix. The dough ball to spread in ungreased form.

Distribute on bottom and sides of the form. Bake in a heated to 180 degrees oven for 20 min.

To make the filling. Cranberry mashed with sugar

Beat the whites with the sugar. Remove dough after 20 minutes of Cranberry mixture to put on the cake. On top spread the beaten egg whites.

Put in the oven for another 5 mins. You can hold it longer to brown the proteins. Also as a filling you can use any other berry
