Pineapple in batter
Want to have some fun?... My poor pineapple!!! I thought that I have very little fruit in the fridge, to participate in the contest "Open your refrigerator" and bought a large, ripe pineapple, which was forgotten, as the fridge I have some ring... I will not write about them because many of them are not very popular, and the jars of pineapple could not be seen...

  • Sugar

  • Flour

  • Chicken egg

  • Vanilla

  • Water

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cream

As I wrote (above) about pineapple forgotten as he lay on the top shelf of the refrigerator over the banks, where I seldom look. The pineapple I bought is too ripe, so after photographing the contents in the fridge just to eat it... When it took the banks, saw the "accident" pineapple... it is twice reduced in size, shrunk. Wanted to throw out, but decided to cut it. And, wow, it was juicy and unharmed inside

Batter - flour, egg, sugar, vanilla sugar. Peel the pineapple, remove the hard middle with a craft knife and cut into slices. I was filled with sugar and at night put into the refrigerator in order to drain the juice... Juice drained (to drink), and each slice dipped from two sides in the batter

Fry in a pan in butter on both sides

Randomly decorate with slices of pineapple whipped cream

Pineapple cut (even very tasty, and I wanted to deal with it...). In the same way sometimes for myself I fried in batter, apples, sliced, and even bananas. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or coated with hot, thick chocolate, etc...
