Fish in foil with vegetables and fruits
Tender fish quick meals and new taste :)

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 piece

  • Green onions

  • Red sweet pepper

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Seasoning

Fish (gutted and cleaned already) slightly prisolit and liberally spread with seasoning for fish. I really like sesame. Place in refrigerator to marinate.

Do peppers remove seeds and cut into strips. Onion – rings. Tomatoes with carrots (cleaned) – slices. Apple remove the core and cut into slices. Cheese cut into thin slices along the length of the fish (I already sliced from the store).

Foil sprinkle with oil, put baking paper under the fish so it does not stick during baking. Spread a layer of carrots (length of fish), and top with apples, fish in the abdomen who put green onions, mixed with pepper.

On the fish a layer of tomato and a few slices of Apple. Tomatoes sprinkled with pepper. Like to clip the edges of the foil and bake in the preheated oven on the second shelf 20 minutes.

Open (carefully, to not scald), put on top of slices of cheese and bake another 5 minutes.

Cooking time depends on the fish you are using.
