You must take firm and sour apples. The apples remove the core and cut into slices.
Ham cut into strips with a thickness of 1 cm.
Melt in a pan half the oil and place the pork and apples. Fry on low heat for a few minutes until the apples are soft and will not separate the juice. Pour in the stock and boil for another 1-2 minutes.
Shred cabbage, not very fine strips. In a saucepan melt the remaining butter and put the cabbage. Stir a bit and stew, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender. Remove the pan from the heat, season with salt and pepper to taste and add cumin and unsweetened yogurt (you can substitute sour cream). Mix well.
2 pot the first layer put half of the cabbage.
Add to the pot of pork with apples.
Fill in the remaining cabbage.
Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Serve right in the pot. Bon appetit!
