Cheesecakes
It's the season of persimmons, which I love, so decided to experiment and make her cheesecakes. If you love persimmons and cheese, then you will like it. :)

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Egg white

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Lemon peel

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Persimmon

    1 piece

  • Brown sugar

    2 tsp

Mix the cheese with sugar, I added 2 teaspoons of brown and a little vanilla, but may be less, as the persimmon is very sweet. Add the lemon zest, hydrated soda, semolina, flour and beaten egg white.
