Pear pie
With filling of cream cheese, pudding, and of course pears.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Cheese curd

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Pudding vanilla

    1 pack

  • Flavor

  • Pear

    3 piece

Cooking

Beat butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Then add the eggs.

And the flour with the baking powder.

Pour the batter into a greased (preferably) in a Teflon form, if not, you need to shoot paper.

FILLING: Beat cheese with sour cream, eggs, after adding the pudding dry.

Pears are naturally pre-clean, remove core, cut into any shape, I mixed them with the flavors of pineapple.

Pour the filling on the dough and top with the put pear, put bake in the preheated oven.

At t 180* C for about 30 minutes, check the readiness with a toothpick. On top of the cake decoration-notch, made from condensed milk.
