Very tender and juicy liver in batter.

Liver wash and cut into portions.
Put a piece of liver in a plastic bag and hit with both sides. To do so with every piece.
To prepare the batter. Combine 2 eggs, 6 tbsp sour cream and flour to make the consistency like thick cream. Add salt and spices to taste (I added my favorite to the "Vegeta"). Separately in a bowl, whisk one egg. Pour the flour separately in a bowl. You get three bowls.
Repulsed a piece of the liver is first dipped in egg...
... and at the end in the batter.
Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
