Pear pie
Very tender, spicy, fragrant, sweet - mmmmm!

Ingredients

  • Pear

    3 piece

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Brown sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

  • Cinnamon

  • Salt

Pear peel, cut into quarters and take out the midway. Cut into slices.
