Description
The name of this cake is actually a "Pear pie from Johann Lafer". I saw this recipe from the wonderful chef Elena (nickname Mal) and immediately wanted to cook it. Ran to the store for pears, but I couldn't find them. But wanted to cook that replaced pears on the Golden Apple. Then, cream the author is 20 percent, I prepared with cream with 35% fat. Cooking
Prepare products for biscuit. Eggs along with the sugar, beat until frothy on a warm water bath. Then pour a pot of cold water, put it in the saucepan with the egg mixture and beat with a mixer. Melt butter. Mix the flour with the cornstarch and sift into the egg mixture.
