Quick cheese scones
These scones was taught to me by my mother-in-law. Very quickly (half an hour) it turns out whole trays of fragrant rolls. You can bake them for Breakfast and enjoy the fresh rolls and charged a great mood in the morning! Please enjoy my freshly baked rolls.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, salt, baking powder grind into a homogeneous mass.

Add seasoning. I love to add herbes de Provence, you can add poppy seeds, raisins, cinnamon, sugar or powdered sugar, cheese. Add the flour, replace the dough.

Divide the dough into 16 pieces, form rolls.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
