You want to try something special? Cook delicate fish on the coals - this is a perfect dish for a picnic at any of the company: simple, quick, easy, dietary, useful, and of course, delicious. I recommend to cook walleye on the coals. Sudak is famous for its delicate flesh, with a small number of bones and no unpleasant fishy smell. Grilled walleye serve with a slice of fragrant oil.

Cooking
Pike to clean, gut, rinse thoroughly under running water and carefully dry with paper towel. Make 3 deep cuts on each side.
