You all know that candy is evil, there is sugar and fats, in General, if you follow the diet and constantly work out, you candy - not about you. Today we are going to do sports candy. This is a very easy and tasty, and most importantly - useful. All we need cheese, honey, almonds and coconut.
1. Take the cheese, add the honey. 2. Knead the cottage cheese, honey-like mass.
3. Further all is simple, take a walnut, and roll it into a ball of cheese-honey mass. Then coat the ball in coconut flakes. 4. And put the resulting candy in an hour/two in the fridge.
Can treat guests with tea with such a gorgeous candy. Here we have in Arsenal now sporting dessert.
