Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Brown sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    18 g

  • Candied

    3 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    3 Tbsp

  • Prunes

    50 g

  • Almonds

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Beat the sugar with the margarine until the sugar is dissolved.

One drive egg, constantly whisking. Add the baking powder and flour and whisk. The batter is thick, spoon drains.

Nuts promolot in a blender, prunes cut into small cubes. Add raisins and candied fruit. Mix well the dough with a spatula. I'm not pre-soaked neither raisins nor prunes.
