Cooking
Boil sausages. I used the recipe for sausages "Dairy Cherkizovsky".
To prepare the vegetables. Onions and carrots cleaned and finely chopped, the green beans cut the stems and finely chop. Reheat in a pan with a spoonful of melted butter, lay the sliced onions. Fry, stirring for a few minutes. Add carrots and sauté a couple of minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add the beans, cover and simmer until tender beans, literally a minute.
Season with salt to taste, turn off the heat, add the chopped herbs, mix well.
Slice the sausages a little bigger than the vegetables. Add sliced sausage to vegetables and mix well. The stuffing is ready.
The phyllo dough. I spread the stack of phyllo sheets on a silicone Mat, brush top sheet with oil, then turn over the sheet, so I get two sheets greased. Turn a sheet of Filo pastry on both sides to the center, get a test strip with a width of 1/3 of the sheet.
Spread one to two tablespoons of filling on the resulting test strip.
Bend the edge of the triangle. And then turn the cake down.
Get these triangles. If necessary lubricate with oil cakes.
Bake in a preheated 170° oven for 15-20 minutes. Depending on Your oven, you can after 10 minutes flip over the cakes for a more uniform glow. Cool little patties and serve. Bon appetit! The pies are delicious warm and cold!
