Cheesecake with currants
Delicious, tender and flavorful cake with black currants and curd test. Cottage cheese pie is clearly not pronounced, but the texture of the cake turns out light and crumbly. A rather modest set of products it turns out delicious pie in minutes. Help yourself!

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla. Pour in the oil and whisk.

The egg mass to not spread the liquid cheese ( I used soft cheese), and whisk for a few minutes. Next, add the baking powder and flour. Beat is not much, take it easy with a mixer. The dough as sour cream.
