Cooking

step-0
Take the fish fillet is better (less hassle) and better dry-frozen, waste will be less. If you have a good sharp knife cut our fillet into small cubes. Our fish sprinkle with lemon juice. Fish loves lemon juice.
step-1
Onion is also cut and then juice the entire will remain in the cake. Add the yogurt, salt and pepper (only white) to taste. Add sugar, do not be surprised, sweets cutlets you will not notice, but the taste is enriched.
step-2
Cut a nice bunch of greens, add the egg and starch!! Knead the dough well and put into the fridge to rest for at least an hour. During this time our fish is well marinated, and the starches will bind the liquid. Sometimes add minced soy sauce and balsamic vinegar on the market. Then form patties, wet hands. Good beats between your palms and dip them in the flour, leave to rest. Heat well a frying pan. The burgers have rested a bit, and to get crisp dip again in the flour and immediately to the frying pan.
step-3
Fry until Golden brown. When we turn to the other side, in the oil, add the sprig of rosemary. Under the influence of high temperature it gives up its aroma and adds a delicate touch. At the end add a knob of butter, it makes our fish so nutty flavor.
step-4
And on the side, of course, boiled potatoes!! Boil, drain the water. Add in a pan a piece of butter, the chopped herbs and garlic. Close the lid and shake. Well, that's all, now you can eat!! While the potato is hot, she takes in all the flavor! Most importantly, when frying the meatballs, not the wild smell of fish. Bon appetit!!
